For 4 to 6 servings:
Season beef slices with 1 teaspoon Cognac Combine pork or chicken, crab meat, mushrooms and spice. Heat pan, add 2 tablespoons oil and cook the meat for 15 min. When it's done put 2 tablespoons oil and cook the meat mixture into slices of beef and roll up. Charcoal grill or bake in the oven at 300F for 30 min. Serve alone or with lettuce (bib or romaine) and nuoc mam.
