This recipe can be done when crabs with soft shell are available. Young, small hard shell crab can also be used.
Clean the crabs and cut each crab in 4 pieces. Keep the shell
for decoration. Season crab pieces with 1/4 tablespoon salt, garlic and onion.
let stand 5 min. Remove crab pieces. Keep spices separately, add sugar and
remaining salt (3/4 tablespoon)
