Serve 6:
Cut pork meat lengthwise into 3 to 4 pieces. Cook covered with 1 cup water until done (about 30 minutes). Slice thinly across grain. Combine shrimp, pork, sweet and sour salad. Drain, Toss the salad with 2 tablespoons seasoned fish sauce. Transfer all ingredients to a serving dish. Sprinkle the salad with chopped mint and basil. Decorate the center of the dish with the red pepper.
