Serves 4 to 6:
Spices:
Cut the meat into cubes, add spices and let stand for 15
minutes. Heat pan, add 4 tablespoons oil, and brown meat. Add 4 cups hot water
and remaining ingredients. Simmer covered for 2 hours or until tender. This can
be also cooked in the oven, covered at 300F for 2 hours.
