2 cups mixed vegetable and sliced mushroom similar to those
used in the mixed vegetable soup.
1/2 cup chicken or tender pork meat (cut into 2" x
1/2" pieces)
2 teaspoon salt
1/4 tablespoon chopped green onion
6 fresh coriander leaves if desired
Cook the meat for 15 minutes in bouillon. Add vegetables and
sliced mushrooms.
Cook for 15 minutes more.
Skim while cooking.
Season the soup with salt and shopped green onion. Pepper and coriander on top.
Serves 6
Note about meat:
We can use chicken and pork meat together. We can also have cooked shrimp and
crab meat instead of chicken and pork. Otherwise chicken, pork meat, cooked
shrimp and crab meat can be also mixed.
